Applying Kirchhoffs voltage law across the circuit assuming current I we have :
(0.2)I(0.3)I+2V(0.1)+3V=0
0.61=4
I=406=203Ω
For Potential difference across B, moving across it we have :
V1(0.3)203+2V=V2
V12V+2V=V2
V1=V2
So potential difference across B is 0
