We know that, conductivity,

σ=e(neμe+nhμh)

σ=eni(μe+μh)

σ=1.6×1019×2.37×1019×(0.38+0.18)

σ=2.1235 Ω1m1

ρ=1σ=12.1235=0.471 Ω-m
