the invention of the government in the religious and social matters is aimed at eradicating social evils .explain with examples

Government intervenes when there are conflicts among religious groups. The government remains secular in order to eradicate any religious discrimination and same is prohibited by law. Fundamental Rights in constitution provide for right to religious freedoms, right against exploitation etc.
