Solution

Dear User,
Ionisation enthalpy of antimony is not less than that of bismuth, Infact, Bismuth has less ionisation enthalpy than Antimony. Due to large size of Bismuth as compared to Antimony, it can donate a electron much more easily and so it behaves as a metal while antimony behaves as a metalloid.
