Given compound is [CO(NH3)4Cl2]
For this compound two different forms are possible namely cis and trans.

So, in cis isomer two Cl are at 90o angle with each others. while in trans two Cl are 180o angle with each other.

Since, ClCoCl is asked in which case it is 90o
