The correct option is C 3-amino-5-heptenoic acid

Word root-seven carbon chain with a double bond in chain, so heptene.
Carboxylic acid gets priority as functional group and has 'oic acid' suffix. So heptenoic acid ('e' of heptene dropped because of the other vowel O). Double bond at 5th carbon from carboxylic carbon and so 5-heptenoic acid.
The other substituent -NH2 has a prefix amino and at 3rd carbon
So IUPAC name is 3-amino-5-heptenoic acid.
