The IUPAC name is xenon hexafluoroplatinate(V)
For the calculation of oxidation state of Pt.
This exists in the form of the ion as [PtF6]-1
The oxidation of fluorine is -1
Let the oxidation state of Pt is x
Therefore,
x + 6 (-1) = -1
x -6 = -1
x = -1 + 6 = 5

The oxidation state comes out to be +5 or written as (V)
