Kc decreases by 10 J
Potential = 100 v to 200 v
So, change in K.E. is ammount of workdone
$10 J = (200 - 100) \times q_{0} \Rightarrow 100 \times q_{0} = 10 q_{0} = \frac{10}{100} = 0.1 c$
