Decrease in momentum mv1mv2=m(v1v2)=(0.0X)mv1
we can write it like this - v2=(10.0X)v1 ....(1)

Change in KE - 12m(v21v22)=0.1912mv21
v22=0.81v21
By equation (1) we get (10.0X)2=0.81
X=10
