A line of symmetry is a line that divides a figure into two corresponding parts, each of which is the mirror image of the other.

From the line of symmetry mirror point should be lie in same distance corresponding to its original point.

Now check the reflection for point A
From the given figure ,coordinate of point A is (6,3),and coordinate of point A is (3,6)

If X and Y coordinates can interchange with sign . that's means points are symmetric about the line y=x.
