The last 2 digits of a 3 digit number are 3 and 7. What are the possible values of the first digit if the number is divisible by 3?

For a number to be divisible by 3, the sum of its digits should be equal to a multiple of 3.

The sum of the 2 given digits is 3 + 7 = 10.

The possible values of the sum of 3 digts are 12, 15 and 18.

These values will be obtained when the unknown first digit has values of 2, 5 and 8 respectively.
