Lateral surface of cylinder $=220m^2$

Height (h)=14 m

Let radius of cylinder =r

then $2\pi rh=220$

$\Rightarrow 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r\times 14=220$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{220\times 7}{2\times 22\times 14}=\frac{5}{2}=2.5m$

$\therefore$ Volume $=\pi r^{2}h$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times (2.5{)}^2\times 14m^3$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 2.5\times 2.5\times 14m^3$

$=22\times 6.25\times 2=275m^3$
