$P r o d u c t o f t w o n u m b e r = L C M \times H C F$
$\Rightarrow 567 \times 9 = 5103$
Let the number are x and x+18
then $x (x + 18) = 5103$
$x^{2} + 18 x - 5103 = 0$
$x^{2} + 81 x - 63 x - 5103 = 0$
$x (x + 81) - 63 (x + 81) = 0$
