The correct option is C Half - chair
Chair form is the most stable conformation of cyclohexane. It is almost free of angle strain and also it is fully staggered conformation having no torsional strain and no steric repulsion between hydrogen atoms.
Boat conformer is not as stable as chair because the CH bonds are eclipsed. Also they are destabilized by the close proximity of flagpole hydrogens.
Twisted boat is more stable than boat conformer because flagpole hydrogen move away from each other, relieving some steric strain.
The half chair form is least stable due to maximum strain.

Thus, the order of stability of conformation of cyclohexane is
Chair > Twist Boat > Boat > Half Chair
