The length and breadth of a rectangle are in the ratio $3:2$. Total cost of fencing it at $Rs12.5$. Per meter is $Rs25000$, find its length and breadth.

Given ratio of length & breadth of reactangle = 3:2

then

Cost of fencing per meter = Rs. 12.5

Total cost of fencing = Rs. 25, 000

Then total length or perimeter to be

fenced $=\frac{25000}{12.5}=2000m$

now Perimeter of rectangle $=3x+2x=5x$

fenced

$2\left[5x\right]=2000m$

$[x=200m]$

$\therefore$ length of rectangle is 600 m & breadth is 400m.
