When the boy is moving along the boundary, he covers the distance equal to the perimeter of the rectangular field.
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2( length + breadth)
$\Rightarrow$ Perimeter of the rectangular field = 2$\times$( 20 m + 15 m ) = 2 $\times$ 35 m
= 70 m
So the boy will cover a distance of 70 m in one round.
Hence in two rounds, he will cover 2 $\times$ 70 i.e. 140 m.
