We know that

The area of the rectangle= $LengthXBreadth$

$=500\times 300$

$=150000m^2$

(ii) Cost of the land for $1m^2=₹10000$

Cost of the land for $150000m^2=10000\times 150000$

$=₹1500000000$

Hence, the area of the rectangle$=150000m^2$and the cost of the land$=₹1500000000$.
