The correct option is C $660 c m^{2}$
Lateral surface area of a cuboid $= 2 (l \times h) + 2 (b \times h)$
$= 2 (10 \times 15) + 2 (12 \times 15)$
$= 2 (150) + 2 (180)$
$= 300 + 360$
$= 660 c m^{2}$
