Given- length of the cylinder =5.0±0.1 cm Radius of the cylinder =2.0±0.01 cm
we know that volume of cylinder V
V=πr2l
By error analysis - Taking logarithm both sides in above eq- logv=2logr+logl+logπ
differntiating both side
dVV=2drr+dll
dVV=2(0.01)2+0.15=0.03=3%dVV=3%
