The correct option is B

5 : 2


Given the length of the pencil = 15 cm

Radius of the Pencil = 3 cm ; Hence Diameter = 2 × 3 = 6 cm

Hence ratio of the length of the pencil to length of its diameter = 15 : 6

= 156

= 52 = 5 : 2 ( Dividing by 3)

Hence ratio of its length to diameter = 5 : 2
