The correct option is C 9.53 m
Area of rectangle=length×breadth

14.295=1.5×breadth

breadth=14.295÷1.5

Get rid off decimal from the divisor as follows,
breadth=14.295×101.5×10

breadth=142.9515=142.95÷15
Step 1: Count the number of digits after the decimal in dividend.

Step 2: Ignore a decimal point and perform the long division, as you would with whole numbers as follows

Step 3: Now place a decimal point back.
142.95 has 2 decimal places. So, place the decimal point 2 places to the left in the quotient 953.

Breadth of the rectangle is 9.53 m
