The, length of the rectangle be $\text{3x.}$

Perimeter of rectangle $\text{= 2 ( l+ b)}$

$\text{32 = 2 ( 3x + x)}$

$\text{32 = 2 (4x)}$

$\text{32 = 8x}$

$\text{x =}\frac{\text{32}}{\text{8}}$

$\text{x = 4}$

Length $\text{= 3x = 3 ×4 = 12 m}$

Hence , the length of the rectangle is $\text{12 m}$.
