The correct option is B 32cm

The area of the rectangle = length × breadth

Area = 60 cm ; Length = 10 cm

Hence 60 = Length × breadth 60 = 10 × breadth

Hence Breadth = 60 ÷10 = 6 cm

Perimeter of the Rectangle = 2( length + Breadth )

= 2 × ( 10 + 6)

= 2 × ( 16)

= 32 cm
