Area of the rectangle
= Length $\times$ Breadth

$\Rightarrow$ 60 $c{m}^2$ = 10 $cm$ $\times$ Breadth
$\Rightarrow$ Breadth = 60 $c{m}^2$ $÷$ 10 $cm$ = 6 $cm$
