Then$,$ length $=\left(\frac{160}{100}x\right)cm=\frac{8}{5}xcm$

So$,$ $\frac{8}{5}x-x=24$

$\Rightarrow \frac{3}{5}x=24$

$\Rightarrow x=\left(\frac{24\times 5}{3}\right)=40$

$\therefore Length=Breadth=40cm$

$Area=\left(64\times 40\right)c{m}^2=2560c{m}^2$
