Open in App
Solution

The length of a road is given to be 2Km419m

We know, 1Kilometres(Km)=1000metres(m)

The length of road in metres(m)=2×1000+419m

=2000+419m

=2419m

We know, 1metres(m)=100centimetres(cm)

The length of road in centimetres(cm)=2419×100cm

=241900cm

Also we know that 1centimetre(cm)=10millimetres(mm)

The length of road in millimetres(mm)=241900×10mm

=2419000mm

Therefore, the length of the road is 2419000mm
