Let l be the natural length and K(=YAI) be the force constant of wire.
As (Δl=FK),
a=l+4K and b=l+5K
on simplification,
1K=(ba) and l=(5a4b)

Now when T=9 N, length of the wire is

l=l+9K=(5a4b)+9(ba)
l=5b4a
