Given legth of PQ=8cm
length of OQ = 6cm
PQ is tangent
therefore $∠ O Q P = 90$
so by apply pythoguras theorem
we can find $O P$ $
${O P}^{2} = {O Q}^{2} + {P Q}^{2}$
