The correct option is A 392 m2
Given:

Length of the rectangle =(4ab+6) m
Breadth of the rectangle =(6b2+2ab) m

By substituting the value of a and b, we get:
Length of the rectangle =(4ab+6)=4×2×1+6=14 m
Breadth of the rectangle =(6b2+2ab)=6×22+2×2×1=28 m

Area of a rectangle = length × breadth

=14×28=392 m2
