We know that $,$
$L = L_{0} (1 + α Δ T)$
$L_{0}$ length at $25^{0} C = 150 c m$
$α =$ linear expansion coefficient $= 2.2 \times 10^{- 5} /^{0} C$
$Δ T = (150 - 25) = 125^{0} C$
$L = 150 \times (1 + 2.2 \times 10^{- 5} \times 125)$
$= 150 \times 1.00275$
$= 150.4125 c m$
We get,
$L = 150.4125 c m$
