The correct option is B 4 m
Let the side of the rectangle be a & b.
Then according to the question a=6.4mb=2.5m
Area of the rectangle is (a X b ) until square =(6.4×2.5)m2=16m2
Now let, the side of the square be x m .
Then area is x2m2
According to the question ,
x2=16x=±4
Since the length of the square can not be -ve.
x = 4 cm.
option B is correct.
