Area of a trapezium

$= \frac{1}{2} \times$ (Sum of parallel sides) $\times$ distance between them.

$= \frac{1}{2} \times (21.5 + 23.5) \times 14$

$= 45 \times 7$

$= 315 s q . c m$

$∴$ Area of a trapezium $= 315$ sq.cm
