$=\sqrt{{\left(\frac{1stdiagonals}{2}\right)}^2+{\left(\frac{2nddiagonal}{2}\right)}^2}=\sqrt{{\left(\frac{16}{2}\right)}^2+{\left(\frac{12}{2}\right)}^2}=\sqrt{8^2+6^2}=\sqrt{64+36}=\sqrt{100}=10cm$
