The correct option is A $4 c m$
${O A}^{2} = {(5)}^{2} + {O M}^{2}$
${O B}^{2} = {(4)}^{2} + {(O M +!)}^{2}$
$∴$ $O A = O B =$ radius
$∴$ $25 + {O M}^{2} = 16 + {O M}^{2} + 1 + 2 O M$
