Coordinates of the the point of division can be given as follows:

x=2+3kk+1y=2+7kk+1

Substituting the values of x and y in the the following equation;

2x+y4=02(2+3kk+1)+(2+7kk+1)4=04+6kk+1+(2+7kk+1)4=04+6k2+7k4(k+1)=04+6k2+7k4k4=02+9k=09k=2k=29

Hence, the ratio is 2: 9.
