The correct option is A x2+y210x6y66=0
Let line 4x+3y4=0 make an angle α at the centre.
Then, α+2α=360
α=120
ACB=60


Perpendicular distance of (5,3) to line 4x+3y4=0 is
BC=4×5+3×3425
BC=5
Now, cos60=BCAC
r=AC=10
Hence, equation of the circle is
(x5)2+(y3)2=102
or, x2+y210x6y66=0
