Centre is (2,4)

radius =4+16+5=25=5 units

5=ax1+by1+ca2+b2

5=|616+λ|16+95=|10+λ|5

λ105=±5λ10=25

λ=10+10=35

λ105=5λ10=25λ=15

λ=15,25
