Equation of line joining two points A=(2,1,3) and B=(4,-2,5),

x242=y121=z353=λ

x22=y13=z32=λ.............(1)

let general point P lies on plane 2x+yz=3

P=(2λ+2,3λ+1,2λ+3)

Since point P lies on plane 2x+yz=3

2(2λ+2)+(3λ+1)(2λ+3)=3

4λ+43λ+12λ3=3

λ=1

Therefore point P is,

P=(0,4,1)

Line (1) cuts plane at point P(0,4,1)

option (D) is correct.
