3x4y+4=0 and 6x8y7=0 are the 2 tangents which are parallel. Therefore distance between them is = diameter dis bet 3x4y+4=0 & 3x4x72=0 is
4(72)9+16=8+7225=152×5=32
radius =32/2=34 units
