Here x+2y+3=0 and x+2y7=0 are parallel lines
Let fourth line equation be 2xy+c=0 as it is
parallel is 2xy4=0
The distance between the parallel lines is equal
|3(7)|12+22=|c4|22+(1)2
105=|c4|510=|c4|
c4=10 or c4=10
c=14 or c=6
So, fourth equation is 2xy+14=0 or 2xy6=0
