Let γr= real volume expansion coefficient of liquid
Let γa= apparent volume expansion coefficient of liquid
Let γg= real volume expansion coefficient of the vessel
γr=γa+γg
γa=γrγg
But, γg=3αg=39106/0C=27106/0C where αg is the linear expansion coefficient of the vessel.
γr=27106/0C as given
γa=0 since γr=γg
Hence, liquid level remains same.
