Let the point be (α,β) and the line be Ax+By+C=0
Assume centre of circle be (x1,y1), then
(x1α)2+(y1β)2=Ax1+By1+CA2+B2
(x1α)2+(y1β)2=(Ax1+By1+CA2+B2)2
Clearly it is an equation of parabola.
