Question

The lok sabha controls the council of ministers justify the statement

Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,
Lok Sabha controls the council of ministers as all the bills, policies and rules are passed in Lok Sabha only when the majority of members are in the favour of that particular order. If the majority of the Lok Sabha members announce `no confidence' in the Council of Ministers, all ministers including the Prime Minister, have to quit. Even the Rajya Sabha does not have this power.
