Given:
Magnifying power, m=11
Length of telescope, L=24 cm
we know, m=fofe
11=fofe

fo=11 fe

Now, for normal adjustment, L=fo+fe

24=11fe+fe

fo=22 cm and fe=2 cm.

Hence, (B) is the correct answer.
