Biogas is also called as marsh gas.
It is a renewable source of energy.
Biogas can be obtained from organic wastes, municipal wastes, agricultural wastes, food waste and plant materials.
It is used in the production of electricity and in drying, cooling and heating purposes.
It is also used as a biofuel.

The primary constituent of biogas is
