2nd discount due to off-season = $5$% of Rs.$1700$ = Rs. $\frac{5}{100}\times 1700=Rs.85$
Hence the final reduced price after the 2nd discount
= $Rs.1700-Rs.85$
= $Rs.1615=$$S.P.$
Hence the required $S.P.$ of the coat is Rs.$1615$
