Let the marked price be Rs x.
So, $x-x\times \frac{12}{100}=880$
$\Rightarrow \frac{88x}{100}=880$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{880}{88}\times 100=Rs.1000$
So, marked price = Rs 1000
