Arranging given marks in ascending order,

$39,48,56,75,76,81,85,85,90,95$

$\therefore$ Highest and lowest marks obtained by students are $39$ and $95$.

Number of students $=10$

$\Rightarrow$ Mean marks obtained

$=\frac{39+48+56+75+76+81+85+85+90+95}{10}=\frac{730}{10}=73$

$\Rightarrow$ Number of students securing more than mean marks $73$ $=7$ students. {$75,76,81,85,85,90,95$}
