Given,
Volume of water, $V = 5 l i t r e = 5000 c m^{3}$
(Since $1 l i t r e = 1000 c m^{3}$ )
And mass of the water, 𝑚 = 5 𝑘𝑔 = 5000 𝑔
(Since 1 𝑘𝑔 = 1000 𝑔)
Using formula of density,
$Density (d) = \frac{mass (m)}{volume (V)}$
$Density (d) = \frac{5000 g}{5000 c m^{3}} = 1 g c m^{- 3}$
Hence, $density (d) = 1 g c m^{- 3}$
