Solution

Given that,
The mass of an electron=m= 9.1×1031kg .

K.E.=3.0×1025J

The velocity of the electron is obtained from its kinetic energy.

v=2K.Em=2×3.0×10259.1×1031=812m/s

The wavelength of electron is,

λ=hmv

h=Plank's constant= 6.626×1034

=6.626×10349.1×1031812

=8953×1010m=8953 0A.
